In February 2015, in one of the largest exhibitions of classic and historic cars in the world, Retromobile, among the several rare and exceptional cars present, the highlight was three Renault 5s destined for auction in one of the many events that characterize the exhibition. The famous French brand of carbonated water Perrier joined the trio of artists JonOne, Sasu and Kobra, entrusting them with the mission of decorating the brand new water cans.
To support this initiative, Perrier gave the necessary support to the production of three 'art-car' based on the Renault 5, cars that make up the collection "Street art by Perrier".
Among the artists, JonOne already has identical experience in the portfolio because he repainted the Rolls-Royce of the controversial footballer Eric Cantona.
The three Renault 5s were put up for auction by Artcurial with a base price of 6600 euros each. The profits from the sale go to the Abbé Pierre Foundation and the French Red Cross.
